Ah, home makeovers. Imagine what $20,000 home makeover can do for you (I know I do) and surely, a homebody like me would be in paradise if given such a nice reward. I know it is frustrating to have all these plans of getting a new look for your crib but since money is tight, the plans are just plans. For me, the first thing I will transform is the living room, otherwise known as the family room, because it is the room that I spend most of my time at home. I would love to put in new chandelier and get a new wallpaper or new color on the walls, which I prefer to be a soft color like powder blue or soft pastel yellow because I want the room to be relaxing and quiet. I also love to put a new carpet that goes well with our black couch. The room should feel homey and calming because when I get home from work, I love to spend a relaxing time in the family room before I sneak to bed. But of course, I would love to get a makeover for my bedroom too because it seriously needs one.

Oh, I can already see the future look of my home. And of course, the look may be great but if the room smells like cigarettes and beer, then it ruins everything. So it is also important to set the right mood of the room by getting the right kind of smell. I love to put in a fresh, clean smell like tender ocean breeze for the living room and the smell of clean linens for my bedroom. I am already in heaven just by imagining it.
