Cebu Pacific should really step up. Customer service and relations is poor and I am disgusted that they continue to bag more because of their promos and continued low prices. If not for their cheaper rates, I don’t if they will last long.

This is an anti Cebu Pac forum

For all you people out there who complains a lot from having no food and all, remember this is a budget airline same like Air Asia and Tiger Airways…

If you have money then booked PAL, but since all of you are tag tipid then shut the F*ck up with your ridiculous complains…

I’ve flown Cebu Pac 3 times already, all about 10 minutes advanced in schedule…

I am not a big fan of cebupac. But i must admit that flying with them is good for a small family business.Being an airline in a poor country, i no longer wonder why they have flown more than 40million persons.I cannot beat them, So i joined. Folks, to save you from heart deseases and brain damage, my advise are:
1. Do not buy cebupac when it costs you more than a thousand pesos one way. A few hundred pesos more via PAL or Zestair is worth it.
2. Make sure you have a full stomach before boarding. Cebupac foods sucks.
3.As much as you can, do not check in your luggage or just bring hand carried bag. When your lugage is lost. It’s gone.
4. Do not use the call center EVER.If you have troubles, just assume someone has stolen your wallet.Do not expect refunds. So make sure your ticket bought is on the PHP500-PHP1000 range(10-20 USD)

I dont understand. Many are saying cebu pacific is bad. How come they are carrying too many passengers? 25,000 plus per day ? the worst was last January 3 they ferried more than 32,000 . All their flights were full. Many were not accommodated. Very bad airline, cannot take more than 32,000 passenger in one day.
